Mike responded immediately to my initial call and came by that afternoon and gave me an estimate. He arrived on the scheduled date w/ himself and crew of two. The work was done swiftly and professionally and cleanly.

Mike's estimate was very affordable and he was very upfront about what needed to be done to the house. He and his crew of two men were very courteous, professional and efficient. When minimal adjustments had to be made, Mike was very good at explaining them and kept the cost very reasonable. Only took payment with completion and satisfaction of the job.

Mr. Narron was prompt and professional during the estimate process. His price struck us as fair for the work he proposed. There was a delay when our phone number was mis-laid and significant delay as Mr. Narron awaited a "window" of appropriate weather so he and his crew could get the job done once they started. This was fine with us, as we had no time constraints and had solicited his services in late Fall. I was away while the job was done. My husband reports they were here everyday and worked steadily until completion. I came home to find everything in order and an excellent paint job. I am particularly pleased with the quality of the trim work. Our "6 over 6" and "6 over 9" windows entail hours and hours of striping and they look great. Mr. Narron's policy of "Don't pay a cent until the job is finished and you are satisfied" is rare in today's market. This was a check we were happy to write.

Mr. Narron and his crew were excellent. He really understands customer service, which seems to be very unusual in a contractor! His estimate was not the lowest, but it was still great and almost half that of some larger companies. Up front, he provided a long list of references, and the random 3 I called gave rave reviews. He stood by his promise that we didn't pay a cent until the job was finished to our satisfaction. Once they started work on our house, they were there every day until it was finished. The quality of the work was excellent, and they cleaned up very well each day. We could not have been happier with the entire experience, and highly recommend him.

The crew did a great job. They were timely, efficient, pleasant to deal with and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this service.
