It went fine. I went to their store, they took my order, called their supplier to make sure they had and could get the tires to them the next day, and Mincz didn't ask to be paid until they had the tires for me.
When I went to pick them up, they quickly checked the tires to make sure they were what I needed, and I paid for them. They had the tires to the rear of my car before I finished my transaction, with someone to put them in my trunk. It took about 5 minutes.

The only negative part of this experience was that when my wife showed up at 2pm on Wednesday, she wasn't told how long the wait would be (a little over an hour) and so she ended up having to leave to pick up our kids and leave the tire over the weekend.  Everyone was very friendly, helpful and the price was very reasonable.  We'd go back again but we'd make sure to be more clear about the timeline. 

The Mincz team is very professional, punctual, and attentive. They might not be the best price in town, but the convenience and service is tops.

For tires, they are very good. They are reputable and trustworthy.

Clearly and thoroughly explained options, selection, pricing, etc. No pushy sales, performed work within the time promised.

After my vehicle did not pass state inspection because of low tread on a tire, I took the vehicle to Mincz to get a replacement. They checked all 4 tires and noted that the tires were high quality. When I explained that I rarely drive the vehicle any more and so wanted something less expensive, they checked with their suppliers and found a high quality tire on sale for just $2 more than a good tire, which is how I decided to go.When they installed the new tire, they also rotated other tires to get me the best drive and tested all the tires' pressures. They found that one tire was quite low and checked with me to see if I wanted them to simply reinflate the tire or, for a minor charge, to pull the tire and check for reparable damage. I opted to have the tire pulled and they replaced a damaged stem valve. Everything was done in under an hour.

They were very professional - gave me just what I needed.

I spent $500.00 on each car. The price wasn't bad. You deal with the owner or the owner's daughter. They are very helpful and they give you lots of options. They inform you about what you are buying. They know what they are talking about. They get it done quickly. I have probably done tons of tires within the last 2 years between my company vehicles and my personal vehicle.

I was told with 45000 miles on my van that I needed new tires. I went to several local places and got estimates on how much it would cost. It wasn't until I went to Mincz tire that I found out this was not just simply changing the tires on my van. They explained that my van had the PAX system and they couldn't do it. I would either have to go back to the dealer or they could set me up with new tires and rims for about $1500. I did not want to believe this as none of the other tire places ever mentioned this to me. They showed me an article about the PAX system and said to check out the internet. Well, I did that evening and was shocked at what I found out about my tires. This lovely PAX system (run flat) that was sold as a great feature on my van, but not a feature I would have wanted had I known everything. You had to be specially trained to change these tires and they only last about 30000 miles. Then they cost about $250/piece plus an additional $50 per tire to change them. Well, after many calls to Honda and Michelin I ended up back at Mincz. They were the only one's that I felt knew what they were talking about. They took me back and showed me the Acura rims they could put on my van and explained everything in great detail, so to make sure I understood everything. My tires have the sensors that shows on the dash if one of your tires is low, so we covered the options of cutting them out of the old tires or ordering new ones. They were very upfront with the fact they something could happen to one of them by cutting them out of the old tire. Then they only had 1 rim in stock, so they would have to order the other 3 for me. They even gave me a discount on the one rim that they did have in stock. So, I gave them the go ahead to order the rims, tires, and sensors. They called me when everything was in and I went back to have the work done. It took a few hours for them to complete the work, but I couldn't be happier. They also explained that when you buy your new tires from Mincz they will rotate your tires for free as long as you have those tires. Since they did this work I have taken my van back every 3000 miles to have them rotate the tires and change the oil. You of the nice things about Mincz is they actually know there customers. They recognize me when I come in and actually remember my name. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I would recommed Mincz to anyone who is in the market for new tires or rims.
