They are phenomenon. I have taken my car to them for years. You pay 4 times for an oil change and the next one is free and that is how I started. Their prices are very reasonable and they do excellent work. If you lost something, they take it back and go over it again with you. They will make you understand whatever they did. The owener, Josh is wonderful.

It was good. They got me in, they took care of it and try and do any work that needed done.

We dropped our car on Sunday right before closing. The guys were able to check everything and to return the car on Monday. It was pretty impressive since they are always busy. I think they are expensive but reliable.

The next day after I picked my car up, the engine light came on and my car stalled at a stop light. I brought it back to Midas and they said it was a sensor and it would be another $300. It was ironic how my car never stalled before I got them to inspect it.

This used to be a great place to go to have your car worked on. But recently, they've done really sloppy work and I'm sort of done with the Short Pump Midas. In the last six months, I've had to return with my vehicle twice to get them to correct work they should have done correctly in the first place - and it's really frustrating to do so. I'm using up my free oil change certificate on the next go - and then I'm searching for another auto repair shop to go to. It's just a shame - they're right down the street from me and I've been going to this place for years.

They are really good. They are reasonable cost wise. They fix right and explain what they are doing and why, we just love them. I will give them "As" across the board. We will continue to use them.

They were friendly. My overall experience with them was great.

Mark Smith is great. I have prompt service. I am always able to get my cars in here for inspections or oil changes. They have a reminder service and will call me when it is time for my oil change because they keep their service records. Another thing they have that I like, is they have a drop box, so I can drop my car off Friday evening for a Saturday appointment. They are open seven days a week, which is nice also. They will call me when my car is ready. I like the convenience that I can drop my car off and they will work me in. Since I go here regularly, if I have something go wrong, I can call them and they will work me in their schedule to get the job done. This has nothing to do with the actual car, but he supports the community, runs blood and food drives, supports the backpack program, and I think all that is really important because he is really connected to our community. For his blood drives, if someone donates blood, they get a free oil change, and that is real important to me. The staff is great and very friendly. His pricing is probably a B or C, he is smaller and is not as inexpensive as going to some other places but it is one-stop shopping here for me and I know that he is going to stand behind his work.
