Really, Ben was truly a great person and professional. I really want to use craftsman with local ties without the pushiness of the large corporate providers and that is what I got. Very happy to be a customer, will use Ben again when the 23 year-old hot water heater goes!
His only problem is that his name is very similar to a very large, corporate provider and when searching online, that is the only hits I got. Need to get more search engine optimization on Michaels HVAC!
