It went very well. They came the exact same day that I needed them, which was yesterday. They were great.

I have multiple pets (4 dogs, 4 cats) and 3 children and they do a thorough job at my house. It is a very tough job and they do excellent work.

They come every 2 weeks. The best thing is that they are reliable. We've been using them for quite a number of years.

In the beginning, I would generally get the same people each time, thus the work was rather consistent. Now I get a rotation of people, and sometimes barely have of the list of tasks are completed. For example: The manager explained if dirty dishes were in the sink, they would move them to the dishwasher. This has never happened, thus I have to do "additional cleaning" before they come in to help ensure they complete the job. When the entire list is done, things usually are done well and the quality is fine. Otherwise, a call might be necessary in order to get someone to return later to complete unfinished tasks.

I was not very satisfied and to me it was not thorough enough. I would have liked them to have done more. They were on time and they were friendly, but I think that there could have been more detailed work done. I would not use them again because of this.

They have done a pretty good job and they showed up on time as scheduled, so I didn t have to wait on them. I didn t have to follow behind them, reminding them to do things. They sent 3 people out and they finished in about an hour, so it was done quickly and I never had anything come up missing.

I was not very happy with the service I got from them. There are a few times I paid extra to have certain things done and they were never done or at least not to my standards. They won't do any mopping although I think they are supposed to. I have a tile bathroom and they vacuum it which I don't like at all, they should be sweeping and mopping it.

They do an excellent job on cleaning my house. I really like that they will do anything you ask them to without a problem. They also take extra time to make sure they get everywhere like little corners and cracks. They are always on time. When they come, they do their job quickly.

The quality of work was just very poor. I don t know who they hired, but they didn t have a clue on how to clean a home. After not being pleased with their work, they would not send someone out here, even after I called several times. They were very unprofessional. Their responsiveness was not to my satisfaction either.
