About us
Taking pride in doing a quality job for an affordable rate is something I've always believed in. Building a trusting relationship with customers is very important to me. I have 20+ years of experience in the repair, and construction industry. If it needs to be fixed I'm your guy. In addition to being a licensed contractor my business is also insured. Operating hours are 8AM to 5PM on weekdays unless emergency service is scheduled, or additional time is required to complete a project that has been started prior to 5PM. Saturdays are available from 8AM to 2PM by appointment only. Rates are $70 per hour for handyman services, and $80 for mechanical work HVAC, water heaters, drain cleaning, etc. Parts not included in hourly rate. No show up, or trip fee. Since March of 2020 I have been wearing masks inside customers homes. Gloves, booties, and disinfecting surfaces also by request only. Current services offered - Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Indoor Air Quality, System Maintenance, Dryer Vent Cleaning Replacement & Installation, Kitchen Vent Hood Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Water Heaters, Handyman, Drain Cleaning, Power Washing, Refrigerator Repair & Maintenance, Ice Makers, Moisture Testing, and Energy Management.
