Magnolia Renovations

They were very punctual and professional and easy to get in touch with. The work was done quickly and neatly. We had a problem with the slider door not locking a few months after it was installed, probably due to kids pulling on it and going in and out too much. When I called Rich Brown about the issue, he sent someone out the same day to fix it.

We did bid the job out to a few other contractors the summer before.  We put the project on hold, and by the time we came back to it, we had used Magnolia Renovations for some other work and knew we wanted Rich to do it.  Their price was in line with the other bids we had gotten earlier, though.  They did an amazing job.  Rich's attention to detail and perfectionism meant we ended up with a great basement with a million little details that make it unique.  He had a very good eye and I came to trust his opinions as to which materials to use, etc.  Rich also was very conscientious about looking for bargains on our behalf, and I know he saved us a bunch of money on our doors and the staircase materials.
Rich and all of the other contractors were very nice and pleasant to have around.  I missed them when they were all done.  Maybe I need to get out more!  My kids LOVED them and I am sure they were totally in the way much of the time, but everyone had a good attitude about it.   Overall, a very pleasant experience with a result that exceeded my expectations. 

The overall experience was great.  They knew what they were talking about.  I definitely talk to bunch of people, and got many quotes to have painted.  Their quote was definitely the lowest I got.  I have heard a lot from the others.  They were doing the same kind of detailed work that the more expensive people were doing.  They were really nice.  I felt comfortable being home with them alone.  My kids loved them.  They totally felt comfortable with them.  My kids used to go out and hang out with them for few minutes.
