LOWE'S

At first it went great. The windows look good and the salesperson was very well informed. The installation took 2 days. When it was finished I called to let them know they had forgotten to install the hardware. There are no handles on the windows. I paid $1,000 to upgrade to the brushed nickel handles and locks, so there are no integrated handles. There is also one window that doesn't match the other 13. They apologized and said it was a mistake on their part. They ordered the hardware (so they said). I called the coordinator. She said, call the installer. The installer said call the coordinator. She said call the sales guy. He said call the coordinator. Its been 4 months. I've made 4 payments on the windows and I still have one that doesn't match and no hardware. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service. They escalated it, but to the wrong store, which is odd because I never stepped into a store, but ordered them online and through a salesperson.

I shopped around and decided to go with Lowes for my den area downstairs. They had great selections for carpet and tile. I also was able to get the Washer and Dryer I wanted in the package. The dryer had a small dent so, I got it on clearance and the washer was on sale. I was able to open a Lowes card and get a discount that saved a ton of money. The sales people in the store were very nice and helpful. The tile selection was a little bleak but we did end up with some really nice grey ceramic. I had to return a pedestal sink as the color was off white. Not Lowes fault. The return was easy. Overall everything went really great. They showed up on time to measure and install. The only negatives were misunderstanding about the shoe molding. Also, the washer and dryer delivery people were not up to par. Other than that, I was really happy and would definitely use this Lowes again in the future. Just be sure to ask questions and follow up.

The were vbery helpful in letting me know that the price of the mulch I had seen in an ad had actually been reduced because a competitor had advertised an even lower price.  They also located the patio stone that I wanted to use, counted it out and loaded it onto my truck.  Great service!

I use them all the time, and I go to them because you can return things.

I would definitely use this service again. They were finished in less than 4 hours and removed all of the old door and opener. I have an older home with a nonstandard opening. They were able to adjust to the opening and update everything. Great work

Pleased with the end result, but it was a big hassle getting there. Too many people involved. Calls were not returned. No one to coordinate or follow up. We made numerous calls and extra visits to store. Employees and contractor would blame each other.
Lowe's is still one of my favorite stores, but only as a "do it yourselfer".

They did a very good job. I spent $1200 on that work. They were late once. They were very professional and had all the tools they needed. They got rid of the old toilets for us.

Went exactly as they said it would. Lowes called more than once to make sure their guys were there and everything was going as it should.

The majority of this project went quite well. The crew arrived on time and finished the job in less than one day. We did have problems with one window that had the wrong grill pattern. It took more than a month for them to put in the correct one. This was really the only complaint we have Lowes. We like the new windows and the price was right.

I enjoyed their service from the sales, to the clean up. They called when they were headed my way, which was always early in the morning and they did exactly what they said they would do. They worked hard to get my kitchen gutted and cleaned up all of the mess and hauled it off. There was nothing that I had to clean up. I am very satisfied with the ending results.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Lowes. I got wonderful service from Bobby in the Appliance dept. I got an excellent price (lots of rebates, etc.)Both installers were polite and knew what they were doing. I also looked at Sears, but I got absolutely no help there.
