Since 1947, Loehr Lightning Protection Co. has been the state's quality leader in lightning protection with countless commercial, historical and residential projects to our credit. As a family-owned and operated business, we are dedicated to customer service, quality workmanship and fair and ethical business practices. No project is considered too small or too large. Company memberships and industry affiliations include: the Lightning Safety Alliance (LSA), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the United Lightning Protection Association (ULPA), the Virginia Historical Association, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia. LLP has served as consultants, designers and installers on countless projects, including service for notable customers such as: the Governor’s Executive Mansion, historic Monticello, EDS Facility (headquarters for the Federal Aviation Administration), John Paul Jones Arena, Richmond International Airport, Virginia Dominion Power, Verizon and even the U.S.S.
