 + -1 moreThe overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Mike and Angie were helpfull and provided me a clear list of papers that I have to provide for the loan. Mike hand delivered the package to my house. They crossed all the 't's and dot all the 'i's. Any questions I don't understand, they were very patience and explained to me. I find Liberty Mutual a honest, and good company with integrity.
Description of Work: I was shopping for the interest rate for a 30 years loan for various lenders for a house I just bought. I worked with Mike Casanovas and Angie. I chose Liberty Mortgage because Mike was able to explain in a layman language for me to understand and he also offered me the best rate I couldn't turn it down. The interest rate I got at that time was 3.25% with a small amount of origination fees.

 + -1 moreNowadays the banks are asking for more information than they used to. Karin and Angie at Liberty Mortgage helped us to gather the papers needed to make the process go very smoothly. I wouldn't want to do this with anyone else.
Description of Work: Karin was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent and we couldn't have been happier! She got us a really great interest rate but beyond that, she made a potentially difficult process run smoothly. She clearly explained each step in the process and really helped us to gather all of the information needed to process the loan. We'd recommend Karin and Liberty Mortgage to anyone thinking of buying a home.
