I have a pre-paid maintenance plan, so I don't know what the price was. I would absolutely use them again. I would tell someone that they live up to the brand. The workers are excellent and professional.

They are very good, and thorough. The people that work here are very polite, and professional. They are wonderful, and is why I bought my Lexus. Their service is out of sight, and my service manager is a sweetheart. I never felt like I have been taken advantage of here. Their waiting room is very comfortable as well, and they do a great job!

My classic car is red. They did an amazing repair job and did an excellent job on blending the paint.

It was excellent. They are just wonderful. I have been going to them for 3 years.  They are totally honest. I went in and thought I had a $3000 thing that was wrong with it. They said, it is really great, it is tiny and its covered by warranty.  I would tell a friend that they have the best products, the cars are fantastic and the service is fantastic. There is nothing not to like.

It was excellent. The workers are excellent. They are very prompt. They have the car done when they say they're going to have it done. Coffee and snacks are available in the waiting room.

Since the new repairs haven't been done yet I can only tell you about our last approximate 18 years of dealing with Lexus of Richmond. I guess 18 years says a lot but I'll tell you that we have never been disappointed in their sales department, service department or body shop. In fact, after one service appointment that didn't go well with my husband's Lexus they bent over backwards to correct the small problem and gave us a free oil change because of their mistake. We have been very pleased with all areas of Lexus of Richmond. With this latest body shop estimate, they were less for our daughter's VW repair than the VW body shop was so both cars are going to be repaired at Lexus of Richmond.

Ok. Had to make two trips to get the problem ifxed, which is unusual. We have two cars maintained there and their service is excellent.

I was immediately greated by a Lexus associate who registered my car and accompanied me to my customer service manager with the paperwork. It is always a pleasure to meet my csm who again went over the service to be performed. Since this was a procedure that only took less than an hour, I waited in the customer area with a current paper and a cup of coffee. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. My RX300 is almost 10 years old and all the required services were executed by Lexus of Richmond. Even State Inspection service was done accurately and I never felt like I was being overcharged or that services were performed that were not necessary. As a matter of fact, we just purchased a brandnew RX350 and the experience with this dealership was A+.

They have done first rate work. Always ready when we drop it off. Always have a loaner if we have been promised one. Never had any problems with the work they did. Never any pressure to do more than we wanted to do. Have covered several repairs under warranty even after warranty had expired. My wife is very comfortable talking to them - they don't overwhelm her with "car talk" she doesn't understand. I recommend them unconditionally.

I think that they provide great service. They do not pressure me to buy or change anything. They do things in a timely fashion.

My Lexus has always been serviced at Richmond Lexus, even now that it is our of warranty. Their waiting room is the best! Coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, snacks in the morning, current magazines, newspapers, etc. And their personnel are all extremely pleasant. They have sometimes pushed services that I don't feel are necessary, but I don't fault them too much for this. I am a happy customer.

The work must have been done well, because the problem did not continue after that. They fixed the problem quickly and the price would have been low, but since it was covered under our warranty plan, it did not cost us anything. We continue to send our car there, because it's convenient for us and they do the work quickly.

I mainly used this auto service because I trusted them, and I thought they treated me honestly and fairly. They gave me a report on what they did to my car. They didn t fix anything on my car without telling me first.
