Dominion power needed to read my meter and when they went back to see it, realized the meter box had actually melted. Dominion told me to call an electrician immediately. I called Lauterbach for the first time, explained my situation without making it an emergency and someone was still at my door in literally 5 minutes. They were helpful, informative, efficient, quick, professional, and affordable. I would most certainly call them again and recommend them.

They quickly identified the problem, suggested a course of action that was reasonable, and quickly implemented the solution once I agreed.  The problem was solved and has not reoccurred since.  They were very professional and personable.
