Moving
They were a nightmare. The guy that came out, Matt Bulifant, was very knowledgeable and organized. We hired them on the spot after meeting with a couple other companies.
Nothing was organized. Every step of the way, we had to do everything. They never put signs out for the truck, they charged us for separate trucks because the moving company couldn't get to the neighborhood. They didn't have enough space and they had to get a second truck. They literally threw our belongings into the second truck. We had $6000.00 worth of damage. They ruined all of our stuff. We even paid for special crating for marble tables. When they took them off the truck, they didn't even have padding. The table was in six pieces. Antique chairs had legs snapped off.
Eventually they did pay us back, so we broke even.
