First, they did not inform me of their rates at the start. I was an hour and a half into the work when Anthony informed me I was paying him $292 per hour. When he came to my house, he didn't want to go through my sewer cleanout under my house, so he removed my toilet to run the electric snake to unclog my pipes. He hit a tee he couldn't seem to get through, then spent an hour doing the same motions over and over again which were clearly not working. After two hours, he said his next option was to try to go through my vent pipe on my roof, and at that point I realized he had no idea what he was doing and politely asked him to stop working. Then he spent 45 minutes re-installing the toilet, finally leaving my house 3 hours after arriving. So 3 hours of my life wasted and I'm out $926. I was forced to stay in a hotel overnight and have a different plumber to my house the next day to fix the problem.

Terrible...

Work took too long.  Plumber did not seem to be very well trained and did too much trial and error (while charging $5/ minute).

They did not respond to phone calls after the work was done.  When I was finally able to speak to the owner he was belligerent on the phone and I had to give up.

They price gouged a single woman living alone.

excellent except testing out toilet with half roll of toilet paper because it's not kept in stock or not one of their brand.

Not well. The gentlemen who came were on time and polite, however.

The two men from Kane came on time as scheduled, neat and clean, professional. They worked quickly and well. I've called on Kane since 1976, and they have always done competant work, cleaned up afterward, and submitted a fair bill. They no longer give 5% off for paying the same day, but that's ok with me. I trust them, and plan to always call them.

They came on time and did the work quickly. The price was very reasonable. I would say that they were professional and courteous. The serviceman who came was a nice guy and knew exactly what to do and had the part that needed to be fixed with him.
