JoPa's 2.5 acre construction and service departments are located in Ashland VA. Terrible. After talking with them decided to go with Frog Leap System which had leaks and apparently all the chlorine was released into the pool even though dial was set to zero. Received no paperwork showing what they did to close the pool. Said they ran out of paper. Actually I think they forgot to put me on the schedule and when I called they showed up without a work order. Did not know how to take the filter apart to clean it thoroughly. The springs that hold the cover on were twisted. Called to speak to the owner and he will not return any calls.

Arranged for opening 2 months in advance. Crew showed up as promised and on time. Very professional, knew what they were doing. Listened to my questions and concerns and were very forthcoming with suggestions and recommendations. Made unplanned repairs on the spot and did a good job. Very neat and assisted with putting everything away. definitely use again.
