He was really great at listening (at first) to what it was we were looking for, as we saw many homes that were possibilities. However, once it came to us putting on offer on a home and we started the purchasing process, the "good listener" became a little pushy, and towards the end we felt hesitant about trusting him. On one occasion he was to meet my husband at a location for some paperwork, and he never showed up. He called several times while my husband waited for over an hour and said he would be arriving shortly, only to have been lying. He apologized, but gave no explanation as to where he was. We trusted him to choose the home inpector (our fault), and the inspector didn't pick up some fairly obvious issues with the home(seperate report). This was one of the first signs that we should be hesitant about trusting him. Obviously we understand the need to put bread on the table, but we also believe in a certain level of customer service. He consistently took cell phone calls while he was with us. This gave us a message about his level of service. He promised us some information and a celebratory dinner, however, since the closing we haven't heard from him. We've thought better of contacting him again. Warning: When he offers to go to lunch... you're buying (more than once!).
