It went well. Jim Noel is a professional. He kept in sufficient contact - didn't overwhelm me with contact, but wasn't absentee either - and did the work in such a way that it didn't need more attention. We were relieved to find a contractor we could trust.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Jim does excellent quality work for a fair price. He is honest, hardworking (actually stayed until 8:30 one cold night trying to finish one part so that bad weather would not throw off completion schedule. Very easy to work, his main goal seemed to be to make the customer happy. I would most definitely use him again for future needs and would gladly recommend him to family and friends.

Jim provided a reasonable estimate including paint, time, and labor. Jim is very meticulous about his work. From the start I felt that he was more interested in quality versus slap it on-collect the money and go. Our rooms actually look better now that when we first moved in.

Jim arrived on time to survey the damage and give an estimate for repairs. He began the work promptly and completed the work flawlessly ahead of schedule. Jim has done work for us before, and we have always been amazed at his ability to repair damage so that it looks BETTER than new. He takes genuine pride in his work and pays close attention to details.
