Exterior painting and stucco repair was started in Nov. 2010 and was not finished in April 2011.

Pressure Washing
Received a confirmation call on the day of the scheduled appt. telling me they would arrive at noon. I explained that my appt. was at 10:00. I had called to confirm the previous day. I had moved a meeting in order to accommodate their time. They insisted they could not come until 12 noon. I agreed to the change and emphasized that it could not be later than that, because of my afternoon schedule. They assured me it would be at noon. So, I cut my meeting -the one I had rescheduled to accommodate this company -short to be home at noon. J & B did not show. AT 12:15 I called to inquire, and they told me that the power washer would be there in an hour. I decided to cancel, concluding that 25% off coupon was obviously referring to 25% off customer service!
