I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This is a husband/brother in law and wife company. There are possibly other employees, but these are the only people I have dealt with. I used their services and even though they have been in business for so long I can not believe they haven't been reported to consumer affairs or DPOR. In fact, I called about this company to a local television station and they recommended I contact consumer affairs and report them. They performed services that were not followed up on, and even after setting up an appointment (they are very hard to get in touch with and if it's after the job is their fault because of the job) for them to meet with me at my property and they agreed to call before showing up for the job, they performed the job without calling me and they just went on my property to perform the job....and THEN called to tell me what was wrong, with a hefty price tag attached. Very poor work practices. I will add that I installed daytime/nighttime security cameras inside and outside my house because of this company because of just knowing that a company would just go to do a service job without calling first as they agreed to do, well I won't be going through this again. I alerted my neighbor who works in law enforcement also. If you don't protect yourself from companies like this, who else will.
