Very happy with our new fence. Of the 4 estimates we received, Hurricane was the lowest AND the most complete. Work was completed on time and on budget. Highly recommended!

We had a 5’ 1200 sq ft fence put in for our dog. The day it was installed I had to call because the bottom wire was not put on. Also, the gate posts had no caps. Trash and pieces of metal wire were left everywhere which we had to pickup so our dog didn’t. I was told someone would be out No later than Tuesday to correct the fence. No one showed. We were told on the contract the ground would be leveled by the gates - it wasn’t. When I complained I was told that was not something they did. I explained it was on the contract but it did not matter. I was told multiple times someone would come, but they did not. I finally sent a complaint to multiple people in the office. Someone came out to look at the job. Still took several days to get it fixed. We had to spend so much time cleaning up and trying to get the fence done correctly, or as correctly as the company was willing, that I was disgusted with the whole process. We spent a lot of money and did not get good service or the fence we were promised. I would not recommend this company at all.

It went very well. One worker with an assistant completed the job in approximately 8 hours. I would have estimated it would take at least two days.

Excellent. Brian kept me aware of any scheduling changes. The technicians were execellent and very responsive. The job was completed in one and half days. The yard and fence were left very neat.

Very responsive from first call to finished job follow up after about a week. This was a pretty straight forward job installing a black aluminum back yard fence in Harper's Mill. Selection was easy, got a printed bid right away, materials were delivered earlier than expected, install was scheduled quickly and finished in a day. I really couldn't ask for more.

My husband and I hired Hurricane Fence after getting a few estimates from local fencing companies. We chose Hurricane because they had great reviews and the best price. Also, our estimator/sales guy, Rick Belcher, was super professional and responsive. They got our project scheduled quickly, considering we inquired during their busy season. The guys arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. Our large backyard (I think ~230 feet of fencing) was completely fenced in two days and looks fantastic. They also gave us guidance on what sealant to buy and when to seal the fence. We've gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors and we (and our two dogs) are really glad we used Hurricane!

Outstanding. Had this done during the summer; it took a while (month) before work started (it was the summer), but I was told that in the beginning (3-4wks). The crew came out in the heat of the summer, tore down the old fence, and built a beautiful fence with much better gates (3)...all in one day. They stayed and finished the job. Beautiful fence...much better gates. I'd use them again in a heart-beat.

Fairly well. Hour late on install date. Quoted half day job wasn't finished at end of Day 1. Left for the day with fencing not complete and I have dogs. Called Chris in the office and he made the installers return and finish the fencing and clean up their mess. Thanks Chris.

Very responsive, very professional, work was very good. They ran 20min late for me to walk the property with them to confirm the planned job on the day of work, so I ended up being late to work. Of the three companies I solicited bids from, Hurricane was by far the most prompt and responsive, We had to call one company three times before they sent an estimator (two weeks after the first call) and they couldn't get to our project for 6 to 8 weeks. The second company came promptly, but I haven't heard from them since (that was a month ago). Hurricane Fence came promptly, said it would take a couple of weeks to get the materials needed (special order aluminum "puppy guard" fence panels) and they would install the fence the next week after that....and that is just what they did! Their bid was very reasonable, their crew did a great job and finished in one day, and now we don't have to worry that our little pups will escape from our backyard.

I have contacted the company on multiple occasions and he reached out to me one time and never sent anyone out to fix it. No one has contacted me in the last month to get this issue resolved. I am afraid my warranty will run out. He also came by and looked at the fence without telling me and then he wont event call me back.

Very well; Mr. Belcher (Manager) worked on Sunday to come out & show us fence pictures, and provide his input. It was Sunday again, when we made our choice of fencing, and he promptly processed the paperwork-also sending us copies. Once the decision was made to employ Hurricane Fence, little time passed before it was scheduled. Workers were attentive, and finished in a day. The price also was very competitive with other companies. I would recommend this company.

Rick Belcher was very knowledgeable and professional when giving us an estimate; we had questions during the project, and he promptly answered them. He also checked back to make sure everything had been done to our satisfaction after the completion of the job. The crew was friendly, worked very hard, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They cleaned up well after completion of the fence.

Words can not truly describe how pleased my Wife and I are with the work. Hurricane Fence was able to start the job 3 days early and the crew performing the work was exceptional. Not only did the final product look and function as requested but the installers went above the call and installed some additional fencing at a culvert to minimize critters coming up into the yard from that access point. The work crew left the site very clean, were friendly and very hard working! The price was not cheap but the end result was fantastic.

Hurricane Fence was by far the most responsive. They ordered color samples and had them sent directly to us. The Shoreline khaki color fencing we selected has a lifetime warranty and is a much better product than you find at the big box stores. The cost was not significantly higher than if we had tried to go the big box route and install it ourselves. The Hurricane crew did a great job installing the fence.
