Furniture - Sales
This provider was very expensive but I choose them for the extensive warranty. About 2 years after installation, I noticed the door frame was warping. In May of 2015, I called to get repairs done under the warranty. Provider acknowledged they were responsible for the repairs under the warranty but, dozens of phone calls and several months later, no work has been done to date. They definitely do not stand by their work. I am now faced with trying to find someone else to repair our front door at my expense.
