They leave it to employees to tell customers I asked for owner to call and discuss but they never called me back. Who are they to tell you what your pet needs?? Why put chemicals in your pet when it’s not needed or required by law. I’m all for vaccinations that my vet recommend. Also there are many side effects of this shot. Do your research before you get this unnecessary vaccination.

Our pet returned home dehydrated. Complete with bogus camp report cards . Staff should spend more time taking care of pets . If there is a health agency/ department for kennels - please send an uncover inspector to this kennel.

Gave a rave review last week.....before my dog was diagnosed with kennel cough from his stay there. Poor Griz was incredibly sick for 4 days. He had all of the preventative shots prior to his visit. When I called to inform them that he contracted the virus during his visit the casual response was a bit concerning.

Realize that boarding has it's dangers. Just thought that there would be more concern about the post visit issue. Won't be going there again unfortunately.

Amanda Nepomuceno at Holiday Barn South is my dog trainer. The week of Feb. 11 - 15, 2013, my german shepherd mix, Andi, was in training with Amanda. Andi came home much improved with her bad behavior of barking at absolutely everyone everywhere. She also does not push through the door, down the stiairs, etc. first. She has learned that she does not control the houshold and that I am the boss (pack leader). I will send Andi for another week of training soon and am sure she will continue to improve.
Last year I adopted a puppy (Ranger) that was afraid of everything; very shy and skidish, and would not come when called. He would hide in the woods and I would have to go get him. Amanda worked with him and taught me what to do to help him come out of his shell. A year later he is still not thrilled with trash cans and other things he has not seen before but he does not usually bolt like he did before. He comes when called and I can let him off leash, he stays close and responds to my call. Recently on a pack walk, he actually went into a department store and up an escalator at the mall. I am so proud of him!!
Before I found Amanda a different trainer evaluated Ranger and told me something was wrong with him and he would never be a good dog.
Amanda is a wonderful person and a teriffic trainer. She has great credentials but better than that her clients recommend her because she is good at what she does and gets results.

I give them an A rating and I will use them again in the future.

They take care of my pet very well. They have planned activities for them. They walk them as much as I want. I have never had any issues with my dogs when I got them back.

I like everything about them. They provide extra services like walking, pool and spa, and play time. I would strongly recommend them. I would use them in the future.

They do a good job with making sure the dogs get treated well. They provide training services, spa treatments, and pedicures for the animals. They are also very accommodating with their customers.

He is a neighbour of mine. I will continue to use him in the future.

too many dogs there, very inexperienced help, the business is just a money making machine - do not really care about the dogs, use too many chemicals in the boarding area that caused burns that would not heel, dog was smelly when picked up and his stomach was upset a lot of the time

I have been a customer at both locations for a total of 11 years. Their rates are reasonable and I think they are great. I have hired a trainer there to do some work with my dog. They are great there; love animals and it is more than a business for them. My dog loved it there and was in a dog fashion show there. I have moved so can't use them anymore.

they need to be upfront with policy - ask if when making reservations if you have been to a vet. why are they calling the vet when our shots are up to date in the first place. prompt and responsive call backs espcially in matters such at this. read reviews of other sites and get a better picture of this operation.

Their price was competitive. Nothing really stood out with their service.

I called one day trying to schedule an appointment. They were too busy to talk so they took my name and number but never called me back. I called again and scheduled the appointment. I thought their prices were high. 2 small dogs in the same cage was $50 a night. I was grossed out by the strong cat litter box odor when we first dropped our dogs off. It was expensive, I think next time I will try another kennel.

This boarding facility in this area is quite popular. I found out about it from friends. It is very clean and open and I think it's nice that young people come to visit the animals. That allows them to get more attention and care as far as I am concerned. The prices are good too.

I think they did great with the grooming but when it comes to boarding I am not completely comfortable with their service. I'm not saying that the service is bad but I just had a bit of a concern because one of my dogs drank three bowls of water when they were picked up and I was just a little concerned about that.

I am not sure what was happening while we were away. I can tell you that when I went to pick up the dogs the entry smelt of urine. I was not allowed to go see my dogs, I had to wait in the "foul" entry. Apparently they were trying to clean up my Samoyed because I waited about ten minutes for them to return. The whole time two other customers came in and the phone was ringing off the hook. When they brought the dogs to me they looked like strays. I had to roll down all my windows in my car because of the stinch. (It was winter time mind you). They smelt like they had been laying in their own ''mess'' the entire week. I had to have my Samoyed shaved and the Shelties professionally groomed to get the stink out of their coats. I did this at Wagging Tails, which is the ONLY kennel I will use from now on.

I really like the way the treat the animals and how they treat us as well. I always feel welcome when we go there and they also make you feel comfortable leaving your pets there. The kennels are very clean and have plenty of room for the animals to move around.

They were nice and respectful at this kennel and they really took good care of our dog. They bathed her and you could tell she had good structure because of the way she acted when we came home. I thought their price was very decent.

They did a wonderful job and we could feel the love they gave the pets when we walked into their place. The staff was very helpful and asked good and important questions. The price was very competitive and the company has grown a lot since we started going there.

I have been using them for a long time, because of the good service but they are also very convenient to my home, which is very important to me. I like the reasonable rates and the way the staff treats the animals that are there.
