I knew that I had choices on where to have this work done but I had narrowed it down to a few places based on reviews that I had read online.  After I went to my insurance company on Monday, 11/2, I stopped by Harrison Body Works to check them out and get a timeframe.  I was greeted by Veronica, filled her in and was told that they could start the work the following Monday and would need about a week.  I said that was fine because I really needed the car back by Monday, the 16th.  She said that unless they found something that the insurance adjuster didn't find then we would be ok. I had never been through this process before so I was really stressed about how it would turn out.  My car is only 2 years old and was in perfect shape except for the door.  So I went ahead and committed to bringing it on 11/9. Later that day I was told that they would have to order more parts but nothing too major but the adjuster might have to go back out again.  I got really worried not knowing what their time frame would be but was very happy that they got on the issue right away. I did make one call later in the week and stressed about the timing but Ben put me at ease and said we should be done on schedule.

My car was done on time and it looks brand new.  You would never know there was a problem.  Ben went over everything with me when I picked it up and said if I found any issues relating to the repair, to let him know.

Very professional and great work.

I hope that I never have to go there again but good to know they are there !

Hands down BEST Body Shop I have ever dealt with.  Unfortunately this is the third body shop I have had to use in the last 18 months.  This is the first one who took the time to explain the risks in his estimate, kept me informed along the way and actually came in UNDER his estimate!!  The work was very high quality - impossible to see that any damage had been done and even addressed a couple of small dings that was not part of the scope of work.  Definitely will be the body shop that I will use from now on!!

They provided an accurate estimate for the repair and when the job was finished it was $133.00 less. The vehicle was
restored better that before the accident.

From the moment of my first interaction with Harrison Auto Body the entire process was extremely easy and professional. The work performed was an insurance claim; they did all the leg work for me speaking with the insurance company and arranging follow-up adjustments. While the job took a bit longer than anticipated, something that is expected with body work and primaryly the result of having the insurance adjustor come back out to authorize additional work, Veronica kept me informed via email. She even followed up with me while I was on vacation in Colorado!! She is an absolute delight!! She patiently answered all my questions with extreme confidence. The overall workmanship was excellent. Upon picking up the vehicle Lance walked me through what was done and made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving the premises. Interestingly, as I was leaving my wife, who was driving behind me, noticed the left rear brake light was not working. I returned to the shop and informed them of this issue. Lance immediately had the vehicle moved to the garage where the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. It was simple fix (when putting the car back together they accidently placed the turn signal and brake bulbs in the wrong sockets). He was very apologetic for the brief inconvenience. Great thing about Harrsion is that they have a lifetime warrenty on their repairs for as along as I own the vehicle. Very impressed with the superior customer service, workmanship and overall professionlsim manifested by everyone I was in contact with.

Harrison Body works responded immediately to my request for an estimate to replace the mirror.  They were able to give me an accurate schedule of when the work would be done.  They finished the work on the arranged day at the estimated price and did a good job.  Everyone I spoke with there was very courteous and helpful. They also gave us advice regarding a separate issue on another vehicle resulting in a $4 solution, thus avoiding the need for a costly repair.

QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT...WHEN I DROVE THE BLAZER AT NIGHT I WAS CONCERNED THAT PERHAPS
THE HEADLAMPS WERE NOT PROPERLY ADJUSTED..CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID BRING IT IN AND WE WILL ADJUST
THEM FREE OF CHARGE, WHICH THEY DID..
IF I EVER NEED BODY WORK OR AUTO PAINTING I WILL ONLY CONSIDER HARRISON BODY WORKS. I RECOMMEND THEM
TOTALLY WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Quality of the work performed was excellent.  Provided a clear explanation of the work to be performed and kept us updated during the process.  Cost was slightly less than the original estimate.  Received a follow up after the work was done to ensure they had met our expectations.  Would definitely use them again.
