Monica and crew have cleaned our house twice now, 4500 square feet, and done a fantastic job both times. They were very prompt, efficient, brought all their own equipment and supplies, very courteous and professional, used COVID safeguards 100% (masks and gloves), very careful around cat, valuables & fragile items yet very thorough as well. Also very economical after comparing with similar home cleaning services. Will definitely continue to use on a regular basis!

The cleaning was excellent. It was a tough job--first clean and my husband and I are very pleased with the result. The initial cleaning price was a bit on the high side, but the results justified it. Monica was responsive to my concerns about cleaning products used and was willing to make adjustments as needed. The team was on-time and communication was good. I would recommend this company.

Happy Housekeepers did an amazing job cleaning my house! We did a walk through together, as this was their first time cleaning at my house. They were thorough and professional. "Our rates are generally lower than most other companies. An estimate is given prior to cleaning based on size and description of the residence, as well as what is told to us as cleanliness. Before starting the work we agree on a price. If a home is extra dirty or work beyond normal cleaning is needed, we may need to charge more for the work, but again, it is discussed prior to doing the job."
