HandCraft Cleaners is a family-owned and operated full service dry cleaning and laundry establishment. Since opening our doors over 45 years ago, we have consistently maintained our focus on superior quality, customer service and fair pricing. We provide our services to local residences with individual needs as well as to organizations with bulk needs which includes the cleaning of school uniforms, mascot and theatrical costumes, dancewear, choir robes and catering linens. We have also grown to operate HandCraft Linen Services which provides health care linen and uniforms to the medical community.

We had three rugs that needed to be cleaned, from dirt, soil, and dog urine. One rug was a large rug that is a white shag and around the edges had dirt/soil and had some dog urine. The other was a black and white chevron. Some of the white had dirt/soil. I went to their website and the process of cleaning the rugs sounded amazing. I was willing to pay the higher prices. The staff was good and professional. When I got the rugs back from the cleaners the white still looked dingy. The urine was gone but again the white still looked soiled. I was really disappointed with the results. Based on the quality I would not recommend this place for rugs.
