The rugs were out for about three weeks. When they were returned, the larger rug was 'warped' and would not lay flat. The runner was fine. I called back, and they came out the next day, apologized for the hassle, and promised to make it right. It was another two weeks before it was back. They did refund me about a third of the price as well.
I wasn't happy that we were without the rug for about 6 weeks, but I'm very happy with the way Handcraft handled it. They owned the problem, resolved it, and discounted the price for the hassle.
I'll use them again, and hopefully next time it'll be right the first time.

I love sheets that have been done by the laundry. Their prices are pretty competitive. They came and got the oriental rug and brought it back two weeks later. It is just awesome and the price was awesome. I would recommend them.

We had repeated problems with the quality of dry cleaning. Shirts came home with burn holes in them not once but twice. They credited our account for the dry cleaning, but after two shirts were ruined, we switched cleaners.

The first time I picked up the dry cleaning I got home only to realize that they had ripped a hole into my VERY expensive silk dress without even telling us something happened. My husband went back and had them fix it and give us our money back on the item. When I went to pick the dress back up (to make a long story short...45 minute ordeal), they claimed my husband had picked it up, didn't believe me that he hadn't, this then proceeded the manager telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that he remembers my husband picking it up and that my husband needs to get off work and come see him because my husband should be the one taking care of this! Not to mention that I was told until that happened that they weren't going to do anything about it, no money back or anything. After 45 minutes and making my husband almost leave work, they disappeared into the back and lo and behold found my dress. Unfortunately the rude manager made someone else hand it to me and never even came out to apologize for the 45 minute inconvenience!

We are very pleased with the service. They are very reliable and the service is good.

It didn't go terribly well. One pair of pants had been put through the press with food still attached to them. They agreed to clean it again, but were unhappy about it, and ultimately to no effect. It left a grease spot that didn't come out.
