Their service rep that I work with is very easy to deal with and takes care of me very well.

I have a long history with them. I would highly recommend them. The last time it was about $2500 to $3000 worth of repairs, and they actually advised me against this which I actually had to applaud them for doing that because they basically steered me away from spending that kind of money in their shop, Ultimately I ended up trading the vehicle in based on their recommendation, which not everybody would do. I actually told them that I'll go ahead and do it, and they actually persuaded me not to do it. We looked at them for new vehicles as well, but it just didn't work out with any other vehicles. I had no issue with their quality. I had several years of good service with them.

The final cost came in above the original estimate,. In something that is certainly a sign of the times, I was somewhat amazed that they did not accept American Express for payment! Those two things said, they were very friendly and did quality work. The paint looked exactly the same as the original. The work was done within the timeframe they estimated originally.

Ford is good. They are quite cordial over at this facility. They charge reasonable prices and they sure do a great job caring for our Explorer. The facility is clean and presentable. I like them and would call myself satisfied with them.

They did an excellent job repairing my truck as you can t even tell my truck was ever in an accident. They were very professional and explained all of the work that was done and why. They had a good professional repair staff that knew what they were doing.
