After the recommended cure time- David came over and touched up a few areas and installed a new drain cover. We're happy with Robert's work and David's customer service. We would use GroutRX again whenever the need arises.

After reviewing my needs in the main bath and the master shower, David explained the options available to me, provided an estimate, and later followed up with an email with additional details, including a video that demonstrated the installation process of the Kerdi board, so I had a very clear idea as to what would be occurring. David and his team were punctual, respectful, made every effort to minimize any mess, intrusion, and noise, and did an amazing job throughout. Given the scope of day 1 of the bathtub surround (complete removal of all tile and drywall down to the studs), I was pleasantly astounded later to see only bare studs, cement outer wall, and the most minimal amount of residue imaginable. The lead on tiling was Riley, and he did an amazing job. He was exceedingly quiet, thorough, dedicated to his task, and clearly strove for perfection. The night before the grouting was to begin, I did notice one section of tile that wasn't quite in alignment, and when I pointed it out the next day, he thanked me, immediately chiseled out two rows, and set fresh tile. It's perfect. The shower stall floor tiling went in a similar fashion. David and his team also installed some new fixtures and worked with Kohler to resolve an issue. Everything's working great! I think it's important to note that David and his team demonstrated a very strong work ethic, did excellent work, communicated with me regularly throughout the project, and made every effort to address any and all concerns I had. I think it's a rather unfortunate commentary on modern society that I *expect* someone to try and give me an excuse rather than a solution: David and his team gave me solutions. Thank you!

Allison arrive on time and worked a solid straight 8 hours regrouting the tile floors in my bathrooms.  She was very neat and careful to protect the adjacent wood floors.  Her work was beautiful; the floors looked better than they did when they were new 15 years ago.  I would not hesitate to use GroutRX in the future.

Excellent job. It took him one entire day plus 15 minutes the following day. The two tubs and the shower look great. He emailed us instructions on how to control the mildew in the future, so hopefully it will stay looking great! I would use this company again.

We are pleased! Ian and Allison spent six days in our home and were respectful and considerate. The work they did was top-notch and the new bathroom they crafted is gorgeous. They were patient with our questions and included us in the decision-making process throughout. Ian's design eye was very helpful to us as well. David went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the work. We will definitely be working with the GroutRX team again.

As always, David Morrison's work is great.  Estimate, scheduling and actual work went without a hitch.  Michael, who did the work, was personable, efficient, and professional.  Shower looks beautiful after years of looking a little shabby.  We are extremely pleased.  Would highly recommend GroutRX to anyone whose bathroom needs a "facelift!"

Have used David Morrison's talents before in a kitchen counter tiling project, so we knew he did good work.  The estimate, booking, and project execution were all done with prompt and efficient professionalism.  The shower, which was in bad shape, looks like new, and the floor will last for many years.  We were pleased with the cleanup as the work progressed and at the completion.  Would highly recommend GroutRx to those who want a thorough and excellent contractor and impressive tile work.

David re-caulked everything. Did a very neat job and told me to get in contact with him if I had any more problems because there probably would be something else he could do for me if the problem persists. David is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

They were thoroughly professional, we had daily contact, even when they were on other sites. They started exactly when they said they would, were careful about the house and gave good suggestions on the project, including some advice on the plumbing that we took. They took the initiative to call the manufacturer of the shower stall we had bought and secured a missing part and modified the decorative tile to accept the shower. We could not be more pleased with their work, their intelligence and customer service. Great people and great work.

Very pleasant to work with. On time and at the price he said it would be. Went the extra mile to help get a replacement part for my shower so the water wouldn't drip out onto the floor.

David thoroughly explained the process and materials he would use to complete this project when he performed his initial assessment and quote.  His quote was higher than another one we had in hand, but I felt so comfortable with the process and approach he was proposing for this project that I did not hesitate to engage him.  We could not be happier with this experience. His technician Bert was very capable. He kept the work area neat and was very pleasant.  David and Bert were able to address a few issues that were not known at the time of his initial visit to assess the project.  It wasn't until we had the glass doors removed that we realized several tiles were cracked and needed to be replaced.  I had the replacement tiles available and Bert did a beautiful job of installing those for us.  I have nothing but utmost praise for this company.  David and Bert are both top notch.  Our shower tile and grout looks wonderful.  I've never had an easier time working with a contractor in my home.  Thank you!

Fantastic.  To say that we are now a repeat customer should indicate our job satisfaction, trust in the provider and comfort level of quality and professionalism.  Over a year ago David installed a marble surround on our renovated fireplace.  It was this first success and job satisfaction that caused us to immediately contact Grout Rx with our new project.
In addition to being a skilled tradesman, we have depended upon David's design skills and recommendations.  He senses what we want and makes great effort to understand our final design wishes while gently informing us of additional alternatives.

House was empty because this is a rental house and it was inbetween renters.  He worked 2 half days .  He was very clean. He put down drop cloth going upstairs and down hall into bedroom.  I have carpet so he was trying to protect.  The outcome was really nice.  The shower has to set for 14 days to cure.  This may not have worked if renters were in the house though.  I was happy to have a nice looking shower floor again.

It went well. They did a nice job. He was very thorough in terms of cleaning and getting the right materials. He was very personable. It's a little higher than what we wanted to pay but the quality is A.

response quick to my inquiry (i believe I called 3 people), and he came out with a day or 2 to give me a quote. Got us done (2 full bathrooms) within 2 weeks,; work was done on a Saturday since we were pressed for time to get house on market.

They showed up on time for the quote and then for the job.  They did the work as quoted in the time period they said that they would.  The job was excellent and I would use them anytime I need this kind of work.

Work was very well done.  Bert, the employee assigned to this job, work very hard for 1 1/2 days.  He was cheerful and polite the whole time.  Results were very impressive.  The masterbath shower tile looks almost brand new.  David, the owner, is very professional and delivers not only exactly what you discuss but will also propose other ideas for consideration.  Would definitely bring David and his company back and recommend them him to others.
