I have a contract with them so there is no cost. They are very reasonable in their price. They have covered three computers and they do the technical stuff. I have it on my appliances too. I know that if I am gone out of town, and my wife is here alone, I know that there is somebody who can come out and take care of it. They've always done exactly what I have asked them to. Right now they send me emails about "you've logged into your computer", "we're acknowledging you've logged in", then they sent me another email "we've assigned it to an agent to repair",  I know right where it is and they keep me informed.

Went well, took an hour to re wire the TV and programed the remote. Mr. Wilson was very good, explained all that he completed and showed us the correct way to use the remote. everything worked when he left. He knew what he was doing.

They fixed what I needed to be fixed, they did a good job.

We have a contract for 1 year (2nd contract with this company) so there was no additional cost.  
Viruses were removed and computer was back to normal.  Computer was returned with desktop icons intact as we had asked.
They let you know when the item is ready for pick-up.  We have used the Geek Squad as needed for a number of years, first in our home and then at the store.  They are very professional and knowledgeable.

I called them because I bought a new VCR/ DVD unit.  I wanted someone to come out and set it up for me.  They said that they could not provide that service for me unless I signed a service agreement and  paid more for the service. I found them unhelpful.

They were wonderful. The guy was very patient. I'm just totally computer illiterate but he was wonderful setting up a new computer program for me and I haven't have any problems with it. He even sync my iPhone that time. I'll definitely be calling them again when I need it.

Their price was very expensive. The quality of service was good. It hasn't broken down yet. They told me it would be done at a certain time and it wasn't ready. When I finally did get to speak to them they were polite.

When the first hard drive went off and when they were repairing it, the first mother board went. So they called me and informed me about it. I had the extended warranty and that’s why it irritated me so much. They had my computer from the end of January 2009 until March 2010. They had my computer more than I did. It had only been about 3 weeks when the hard drive went the second time. They wanted to charge me for a new hard drive. It was a totally disgusting feeling. The screen too went bad once. I thought that it wasn’t unreasonable for me to ask for a replacement since all this happened in a short period of time. I also had the replacement service. When I took it in once, they didn’t do an official repair. So I couldn’t get an extended warranty since I didn’t have 3 repair episodes recorded. All 3 of those were within a 3 month period. The warranty has expired now and they asked me to pay $400 to extend it. It was a total run around and a total mess. I called and complained to the store as well as the corporate office. They all kept saying that they couldn’t do anything and their policy said that it had to be 4 times. I have not been back to Best Buy since it happened. There was one guy Michael who did try a lot to fix my computer. He is the one who kept me from going crazy in the store. They made me pay for my backup even though I had a warranty. They finally got the computer working after a long time. They initially told me that it wouldn’t take more than 30 days to have it fixed. They told me that they had to ship it to Connecticut since that was the only place that works on it. It would take a week to get it there, 3 weeks to work on it and a week to get it back. So they did that 3 times.

Roberto was right on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. My computer is running better, since this service. It was very easy to schedule the service and the wait time for an appointment was reasonable.

The service was very good and the technician did a good job on my computer. I didn t have to wait very long for it considering how busy they were. They fixed it and that was the main thing. I haven t had any problems with it since.

We needed a new board after something went wrong with the old one in our computer. The guy at Geek Squad solved the problem right away and was real friendly. They got our new one installed for us in no time. It wasn t expensive to have done. They made it very easy and convenient for us to get fixed up.

I am not too happy with the service I got from best buy, because even though they have sent someone out three different times, my ice maker is still not working. I feel that they should just replace my refrigerator and they will not do that.

When I called Bust Buy to inform them that my ice make was no longer making ice they had someone out to my home to fix it within a week. The man that came out was highly trained in what he was doing and was also very nice.

When they found out that the computer was completely dead they did not charge me any extra services. Which I thought was very nice. They did a good job servicing me and were very friendly. If the company could have fixed it they quoted me about $200. The diagnostic test indicating that there was a hard drive failure, which caused it to be cheaper.
