When we went to discuss why price was steadily going up, we found TV channel 12 there to do a story about complaints from customers. When we decided to not follow through with the repairs, then we were told that we had to pay for the towing and for the diagnosis of the truck. The total came to $800. We heard other customers complaining about their cars not being ready
