Be careful if their installers cause damage to your home and deny it they will side with them instead of their customers. They did a good job on the carpets but their installers opened my master bedroom door too much causing the door stop to go through the door. I called and let them know and they said to send pictures which I did and they would have someone come by and to look at the door and fix it. When the day came that someone was supposed to come by I had to call as noone showed up and the person who originally stated this was on vacation and the person who answered the phone had no idea there was an issue and said even if there was they wouldn't fix the door because that is not something they do. She checked the other employees notes and called me back and stated that her installers said they did not do it and they are honest and that there were a thousand people walking through my house that day. Apparently my girlfriend and her 2 daughters are a thousand people. When I disagreed she basically said there was nothing they were going to do about it and hung up while I was still talking. The customer doesnt matter here, we are lying and their installers are the ones who always tell the truth. The least they could have done was say ok we will take some money off the bill which was over 5k.

The sales consultant was helpful and knowledgeable and they were flexible regarding scheduling the work over the holiday season since we had to be out of the house for nearly a week. The workmanship was OK on one small area of hardwood that they replaced, but they used lower grade materials in a very visible area. The quality of the general refinish work was acceptable, but quite poor when it came to finishing touches and punch list items.
Some of our cabinetry and trim was damaged in the refinishing process, some shoe molding was left unreplaced and where sanding had uncovered nails at the edges, they didn't countersink and fill the spots. It took like three months for them to finally come out and address the punch list, yet all the while they kept sending us threatening letters demanding full payment - even though the work was not finished and we'd sent them a good faith payment that covered 75% of the cost. Then when the finishing touch/punch list guy finally came out to do the repairs he did very sloppy work and had a lousy and highly adversarial attitude. Poor overall project and customer relationship management, plus one employee with a very bad attitude really left a bad taste.

Repeat customer from 13 years ago. Evans submitted lowest of 2 competitive estimates for this job. Work completed as scheduled with prompt and efficient installation. Minimum of inconvenience involved. Very pleased with quality of vinyl and expert installation.

Every step of the process went very smoothly. The sales consultant was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The individual who did the estimate and the installation crews were knowledgeable and professional. We are pleased with the quality of both the hardwood and the carpeting.

We requested a quote from them before we moved into the house. They worked with our realtor to visit the house and assess the work required. We went back and forth with them a bit about what we wanted to have done and what it would cost. After we settled on the work required they scheduled a time to come out and do the work before we moved into the house. The work was finished by the time they said it would be. They even came back out afterward to add some shoe molding to a spot where it hadn't been before but where we wanted it. Overall it was a great experience. The floors look great, they got everything done on-time, and there were no surprises with the cost.

Carol at the showroom was wonderful. I needed the flooring as quickly as possible. I had a product in mind and even though there was no sample in the showroom, she ordered it for me. Since it had to come from the factory, I did have to wait a week, but I was scheduled for installation the day after it arrived.
The installers were on time, efficient, and took pride in their work. My kitchen floor is gorgeous!

We were amazed at how one man could remove a large part of carpet from the floor so that other work could be done on the hardwood floor and new carpet installed without any damage. This was all done in about an hour and a half. The job was really great as well as the clean up.
