Ethic Grounds is a company that excels by sticking with two simple principles: 1) Ethically Strong, Community Driven and 2) Happy Clients + Happy Employees=Success. Three quarters of our work force has been working together for 15+ years. The owner has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a Certified Commercial Applicator(turf/ornamental health programs). The company carries all proper insurance/workerman`s comp, bonded. We pretty much can perform any work for the maintenance of your property: mow/trim/edge/cleanup weekly, pruning (mechanical, by hand, thinning, topping), hard edge/mulch, landscaping/planting, gutters, turf/plant programs, aeration/seeding, sod, soil amendment(yard or beds). We are located in the west end of Richmond and manage mostly high end yards without the price. We are trusted and respected by the residents of a certain neighborhood consisting of 500+ homes. We have slowly been expanding our business throughout the Richmond/Henrico area. Our employees live in the city/county year round. Above all, Ethic has learned that `relationships` are the best part of work. We sort of work to the tune that `if you like what you do you never have to work again`.
