"We value all customers and appreciate this being brought to our attention. When we conduct an energy analysis, it is to offer common sense ways homeowners can save money on there energy consumption. Based on what the Department of Energy has said, most all homes have over 40% of heat gain and heat loss occurring through the attic. eShield is a revolutionary multi-layer reflective insulation specifically designed for residential use. When combined with our blown in insulation, this is the best defense for keeping the heat in during the winter season, and keeping the heat out during the hotter months. eShield does carry a 25% Energy Savings Pledge which states "eShield Attic Energy Barrier pledges to the original purchaser a first year savings of at least 25% up to $500 on energy cost relating to heating and cooling their home". As we cannot control the ever rising cost of energy, the guarantee is based on a reduction of kilowatt usage as well as gas and/or oil consumption. When conducting thousands of jobs annually, accidents will happen like someone slipping and their foot coming through the ceiling, we are all human. The important thing to remember is all homeowners are 100% protected from any property damage or any of our workers getting hurt on the homeowners property. We carry a $1 million workman's comp and general liability insurance policy just for this purpose."
