I requested a quote last Saturday morning and Curtis responded within an hour and agreed to come out to do an estimate 3 hours later. He showed up on time and the estimate was in line with other virtual quotes I had received. I really appreciated Curtis's willingness to come out in person, and so quickly - this personal level of service made us decide to go with him. Curtis discussed a couple of options with us, and we decided to have him power wash the entire house, driveway, porch, and cement walkways. He was back on Monday morning, ready to work, and he completed the entire job on Tuesday. The house and all power washed walkways look so clean and fresh - our next door neighbor was also impressed, and hired Envirowash to power wash his house the next day! We will definitely be using this service to power wash our backyard patio and deck in a couple of months. 5 star service and recommendation.

Salesman responded immediately and we got a quote promptly. He explained the process and the longevity of protection for the deck. I checked this out with our favorite paint store and they confirmed what he had said. We got a quote and accepted it. The only reason for the B ratings were that it took several calls to get scheduled. For some reason the office folks did not want to give us a start date ( even an approximate one) until we selected a color even though they said they were scheduling 4-6 weeks out. We were having trouble getting samples to look at ( on real wood, which looks different than on paper brochures), but we finally got a color selected and moved on. We were really glad the salesman had suggested painting some samples on wood because there was a real difference! The guys who did the work were fabulous. They cleaned the deck so that it looked like new wood, without damaging it, pounded in popped nails, lightly sanded as needed and rolled on two coats of stain, Big shout outs to Jonathan, Daniel, and Alex. They were professional, answered all my questions, and were neat. Our salesman, Mr, MacIver also was a big help helping us get scheduled. Pricey, but worth it. I would definitely use them again!

It had not been painted in 20 years so it was good and ready for a face-lift. I got a better deal on the lift which was good for me because I intended to work on the three metal cornices--scrape, prime, and paint. They did a test spot first, then gave me the written estimate. We scheduled a day, they showed up as promised. James communicated with me throughout the process and was good to work with. It was a long process and hot week. They started with a more greener chemical and took two applications until the real chemicals came out to play. It was a mess. The guys banged the lift into my new neighbor's front porch. James was professional with them and they received funds from his insurance company to cover the repairs. The guys, at first weren't contracted to pressure wash the metal cornices but got the green light and helped me out by knocking off all of the loose stuff. Once the paint was off, we contracted to put a restoration chemical on to make the brick pop--and it did! The facade looks fantastic and warms my Old and Historic heart each time I look at it. The front porch brass fixture was toast by the time they finished. James told me to take the price of a new one off of the final invoice. I'm very happy with the end result and can't wait to do it again across the street.

The 2 young men who did the staining were courteous and friendly, They called in advance to let me know their time of arrival. Envirowash's scheduler called me frequently to let me know of scheduling changes, due to weather.

Envirowash works with The Deck Tech frequently and understood the color scheme plan - gray on horizontal surfaces and white on vertical surfaces. We tweaked the plan and they carried it out perfectly.

I highly recommend this company.

They had two employees come out to complete the work in a couple hours. Everything was very clean and well done. You should expect a good job. It was quick and done well.

The service was terrific. My roof looks brand new and the two young men who cleaned the roof were polite and professional. So far I have not seen any problems to my foundation plants from the chemicals used. When the work was completed one of the young men asked for me to walk around the house and make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely use this group again.
My only complaint about the company was on the administrative end. I contacted several different companies and even though I was quoted a higher estimate by Envirowash I chose to use the company completely based on my conversation with Rob...he was friendly, professional and really seemed to know the business. Once I made the commitment with Rob the and quot;work orderand quot; was to be submitted to the company and I was to be contacted. When I didn't hear anything I called back, in fact a couple of times...and each time my call was handled by someone different. I had to give all of my information and wait for a call back. I wasn't given a specific date or time until I asked for it ...and that was always on a call back.
The good news is that the guys did show up at exactly the right time and did exactly what they were supposed to do.

They blasted the Power Transfer Switch for the generator.
It had to be replaced at a cost of $950.
They did reimburse me.
Sloppy work on screened porch .Rug and pad took 2 days to dry and then I could reassemble the porch.
Not careful with garden plants or hangers/brackets for plants .

Envirowash was hired to pressure wash my 2-story vinyl sided house. My home is only a little over 1700 sq. ft. in size, and wasn't very dirty, as acknowledged by the estimator. We discussed the methods they used, and I told them I didn't want too much bleach to be used, because it will bleach out the color on vinyl siding and create chalking. The estimator explained that they used hot water with a detergent and some bleach to do the washing. On the scheduled day, 2 men showed up to wash the house. They only spent 30 minutes from start to finish. That is preparing themselves and their supplies for the washing and actually washing the house. After the house dried, which wasn't while the workers were still here, the siding had streaks and spots all over. I think it takes more than 30 minutes to properly wash and rinse a house well so there isn't streaking when it dries. I was very disappointed, especially considering the cost and the conversation I had with the estimator about wanting a good job that didn't do damage in the process, or leave the house looking worse than before it was washed. $275 for a 30 minute wash is much too high!

Envirowash was prompt on the initial visit for the estimate and to come out and wash and stain our deck and fence. Everyone that came out was friendly. The power wash was done and it looks to be a nice job. After that, I sadly have nothing positive to say. After a more detailed review, the job completed did not meet expectations. The stain done on the deck and fence has drip marks all along it and then on other parts areas were inconsistently stained. They had also told me they would repair my deck, and I specifically asked if they would nail in loose boards, and they did not complete this. They did not nail in any boards, more boards below the fence were knocked off (probably from power washing). My husband just fixed it himself. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I have tried 3 times to contact the company to have them come out and see if they could help fix the matter, but I have yet to get a response.

I orginaily hired them to take care of the black mildew stains on roof. I liked the idea that they did not use pressure on the shingles and used a gentle approach, without harsh chemicals to prevent damage on shingles. They also ended up cleaning all sides of house, front porch area, and screen porch for a little extra money which was really worth it. No damage plants, no bleach or harsh chemicals on the vinyl siding which can cause damage over the years. I found an small area that needed a little more attention and they came back next day and took care of it with no problem. I would hired them again. Did a great job and were very nice people to work with.

Their estimation process was very professional and in person. The estimator explained all aspects of the company's processes, products and techniques, and he included pictures and videos of actual work before and after so that I could see examples of their results.
On the day of the work, the crew arrived promptly and were polite and willing to answer all of my questions. We have painted hardyplank siding (cement board), and during the stripping and cleaning of our deck, some of the paint came off. The owner of the company explained that this is not uncommon due to the hot water they use in the cleaning and stripping process and the fact that they are unable to mask the house with plastic during the pressure spraying as the tape would not adhere. They came back after some inclement weather and repainted the small affected areas on the siding, and it was hardly noticeable.
I've had my deck restored and sealed a few times in the 8 years we've lived in our house, and the job that Envirowash did was by far the best we've ever seen. I highly recommend them. And, they are the only company I've dealt with that uses 190 degree hot water to perform the deep cleaning that brings back the natural color of the wood before sealing.
The driveway crack repair was excellent. They used a masonry saw to deepen and widen the crack, filled it with a strong epoxy, and embedded aggregate pebbles with very similar color to my original into the epoxy. You can hardly tell there was ever a crack.

Excellent work. My roof not only will last longer now but looks great and improves the appearance of my home. The bill was spot on with the estimate. They called and gave me plenty of notice on when they could come. I was not home at the time, but everything went well and I was thrilled to see the work done when I arrived home. I was especially pleased that this company used products that will not harm the environment or my shrubs and plants.

They wash our house twice a year, also our boat dock. They treated our decking which is quite extensive on the house as well as the dock. First class!

It went excellent! They were on time and did what they said. They also didn't kill any bushes or plants. They also seem very ethical.
