Friendly technician who was professional. Price was very fair.

I found them through word of mouth and they were fantastic. The company I was to buy deal from was out of my area so a friend told me about this one. If you have Dominion power, the workers are not employed by Dominion power but they work with Dominion power. The service itself did not cost me anything. I think Dominion power paid for it. I think the air conditioner was working, I had thought of a power jam, but that was what I paid for. I do not not know what the service fee was but he was here with 1-2 hours. He did a lot and talked to me thoroughly about what may have to be done. It was wonderful service. It was an excellent price.

They were able to get our emergency heat running again while we priced out a and installed a new heat pump.  I decided to go with a different heating and air company because they gave me a better rate(winter is a good time to get a good price).  I have used this service company for many years and think they are always reliable and respond quickly.  The phone is always answered and I am given an appointment time right away instead of having to have someone call me back.  I will definitely call them again to give us a quote when our upstairs unit goes out.

I had a service contract with Dominion Service. I would recommend them, they are very good. I've been pleased with their response times. their quality of work is excellent. Their professionalism from their employees are excellent and they're very neat, they always put on footies before they come in the house. They give a very good detailed explanations of what they found, what they've done and if there's any issues, they show it to you like their recommendations for what needs to be done.

m hI have used Dominion to service my heating and a/c since 2004. They come out twice a year to make sure all is in working order. Although they would remind me that my system had some age on it, they never pressured me to install a new one. My a/c in the house I am currently living in had a freon leak. It was also 20 years old, so I decided to replace it. I interviewed other companies, but decided to use Dominion because of my past experience with them and their price. I really liked their sales agent, Mark Gardner. Two brothers arrived right on time to do the work. It took all day in 100 degree heat outside and 130 degrees in the attic. They finished the job, cleaned up, and I'm so pleased with my new system. I'm completely satisfied with the work, the warranty and the fact that they will also be the ones to service the unit each spring. I plan to use Dominion in the future to install my second a/c system, or heating unit when it is time.

They made sure to keep me up to date with everything that they were doing. I was impressed with the service. They were on time and clean. They were very professional and the rates were reasonable enough to me because in the end it will save me money in the long run to take good care of my equipment.

They come to my home and fix all the plumbing every time we have a problem. The service is great and well worth paying the extra charge.

We have used them for several years now. They come out to clean and inspect our cooling in the spring and heating in the fall. Everything is included in the contract price I don't know how much it is because my spouse handles that. I do know the system is kept working fine each season.
