We've used this company before and were pleased. However, this time didn't go so well.
Dominion Pressure Washing was supposed to come out and pressure wash Wed this week and were a "no show". We rescheduled for Thursday. Again, they didn't show up. The contractor apologized and said that he completely forgot about us. On Friday, he kept his appointment and power washed our house.
He did a pretty nice job. There were some minor things that he missed.
1 - Big transitional window had large white streaks
2 - Wood trim above our front window was half done (half was clean, half was still dirty)
3 - Siding by our garage door was still dirty in some places
4 - Three boards from siding next to front door were not finished - still dirty
We called the company to come back out and touch up these areas. At this point, we were going to get him to power wash our deck. He arrived with an indignant bad attitude and insisted that the areas he missed were not his fault as they were due to our Masonite boards - where mold was behind the boards. This didn't really fly with us since we were able to clean some of the missed places with Windex and since part of the wood trim on the window was clearly clean while the other half was not. I can't imagine that mold grows in a straight vertical line. When my husband asked about the streaks on the windows, he agreed to hit those again.
Things could have gone so differently if he just came with a good attitude and did what we asked him to do. Not only did I decide to write this review, we will never hire him again, and I won't give his info to a friend to whom I had already recommended him.
