His concern, and I believe this to be sincere, was that we were satisfied with the finished product, and he was willing to do what it took for that to happen. His selection of railngs is almost limitless. He is a true professional.
Description of Work: Gary Taylor removed and disposed of our wooden porch and ramp. He then revamped our existing cement porch, added a cement ramp, fabricated and installed rod iron railings on the porch and down one side of the new ramp. When I saw the quality of his work, I also had him repair a concrete slab at our back door. He was extremely polite, courteous, and his major concern was that we be happy with the work he performed. If he was to be later than promised, he always called. Gary doe great work and is a truly professional contractor. He is not limited to metal fabrication. Call, and I am confident you will be pleased.

+ -1 moreWent great, they stopped by for a few minutes to pick up the rails and returned them in just a few days for installation. No hassle whatsoever.
Description of Work: Taylor Railing rebuilt our front rail system after we had the front brick steps redone. They matched the angle of the stair walls and rewelded the original rails so we could use them over again. They also set the railings in place after reconstructing.

+ -1 moreI spent $2400 on that work. The work turned out beautifully. They came out immediately. They worked with us because we were having our house painted. He was flexible and was very prompt in coming. He was the most meticulous person anyone can imagine. He kept measuring everything to make sure it is ok and when I was done, it turned out to be perfect. I don't think I can find anybody who can do a better job.
Description of Work: I used Customized Taylor Railing in January of this year to custom build and install railing on the porches steps and front sidewalk steps.

As promised, two weeks after signing the contract, Meredith called to let me know the rails were ready and that Gary would be by later that day to install them. It only took them an hour to install the rails, but Gary made sure he and I were satisfied with the work before he left. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

+ -1 moreInitially we contacted Gary to simply re-install railings that had been removed during rehab of the front brick porch. When he went to the house he notified us that the railings would not fit. He was available that afternoon for an emergency meeting with the contractor and mason. Gary quoted a price of $300 more to customize the railings so that they would fit the porch. He made the modifications and installed the railings within a week. The final railings, including attachment to the brick porch, are beautiful.

+ 0 moreGary Taylor installed aluminum railings on the front porch of my house. In addition to being professional, he was prompt in meeting me at my house over my lunch hour. He also took care of some minor masonary work at the same time of the railing installation. After contacting two other fencing companies, I met with him and decided his estimate to be fair. His cost did not go over the estimate and the work was done in a timely manner. The number 1 plus: he returned my calls promptly, often uncommon anymore.
