CUSTOMIZED TAYLOR RAILING

This company no longer seems to be in business. They did not return my phone calls or reply to the message I left on Angie's. Also, their web site has been taken down.

Everything was great. Gary was very easy to work with and completed the job as stated.

Railings were powder coated and matched the colors very well. They were expertly measured and fit very well.

The estimated price was very good and on-target. Left no mess behind inside or out when the work was done. Very satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship.

Gary was very professional and went out of his way to do a nice job. My wife and I ask for a custom column and he was more than happy to build and install what we requested.

His concern, and I believe this to be sincere, was that we were satisfied with the finished product, and he was willing to do what it took for that to happen. His selection of railngs is almost limitless. He is a true professional.

I spent $2400 on that work. The work turned out beautifully. They came out immediately. They worked with us because we were having our house painted. He was flexible and was very prompt in coming. He was the most meticulous person anyone can imagine. He kept measuring everything to make sure it is ok and when I was done, it turned out to be perfect. I don't think I can find anybody who can do a better job.

The installation went very well. Gary and Meredith were extremely professional and timely. As promised, two weeks after signing the contract, Meredith called to let me know the rails were ready and that Gary would be by later that day to install them. It only took them an hour to install the rails, but Gary made sure he and I were satisfied with the work before he left. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Initially we contacted Gary to simply re-install railings that had been removed during rehab of the front brick porch. When he went to the house he notified us that the railings would not fit. He was available that afternoon for an emergency meeting with the contractor and mason. Gary quoted a price of $300 more to customize the railings so that they would fit the porch. He made the modifications and installed the railings within a week. The final railings, including attachment to the brick porch, are beautiful.

Gary Taylor installed aluminum railings on the front porch of my house. In addition to being professional, he was prompt in meeting me at my house over my lunch hour. He also took care of some minor masonary work at the same time of the railing installation. After contacting two other fencing companies, I met with him and decided his estimate to be fair. His cost did not go over the estimate and the work was done in a timely manner. The number 1 plus: he returned my calls promptly, often uncommon anymore.
