They're excellent. They are very prompt. They're very efficient. They do a good work. They're extremely responsive when I have questions. They're very reliable.

Beyond my greatest expectation.  When the old wallpaper came down and I saw the condition of the walls, I was really nervous.  But Brad's team reassured me and they did everything they promised, including replastering.   This was not just a spackle job, there were massive holes behind the old wallpaper, but when the crew finished, the walls looked like new.

The painting was beautifully completed with high quality paint.

Best of all, the mess was minimal.  The team cleaned up behind themselves everyday.  I was able to sleep in one bedroom and use the bathroom while the work was being completed over about 5 days.  When the job was done, they left my home spotless!

Smoothly.  They think of every detail and make sure it is all co-ordinated. All I have to do is call them. 

Showed up on time, cleaned up very well, communicated well on project as it progressed. Very polite and professional. Very efficient, completed the job in 3 days with a large crew. The burning cost was more than expected which drove up the cost by 15% over the original quote. That’s why I only gave them a B rating on the price and would choose to look elsewhere for a lower price contractor next time.

These were the most professional people we've worked with in a long time. During our initial conversation, Brad answered all of our questions without hesitation and he was constantly available to answer any follow-up questions. One of our concerns was whether or not these were "staff" people as opposed to temporary help hired each day. (That question was never directly answered by other painters who gave us an estimate). Creative Contracting has a permanent staff - not temporary day helpers. The crew showed up on time each day; they were quiet, efficient, and very good painters. They were very neat and their clean-up at the end of the day was amazing. A supervisor was always here or constantly checking on them. I never worried about leaving the house because when they took a lunch break, but they didn't leave the property. They did a very, very good job and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I normally dread having people work around or in my home but this was a very good experience. We can't say enough great things about this company and will never use any other painters except Creative Contracting.
