They were terrible. They weren't good at all. I wouldn't use them again.

They did a good job. It was one person, and I liked that. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The kitchen was especially cleaned, the wiped down everything on the outside. I asked them if I could add something else to the contract. They called to make sure it was okay instead of automatically doing the work. I was having them clean under my sink and clean out the refrigerator. They were able to quote me a price and it was very reasonable. Everything I asked them to do, they did. They did a very good job. She spent almost the whole day here. When they came out to give me an estimate they told me how ong it would take for 1 person. It was not fast, but it was very thorough. My home smelled very good when she left. I do not like a lot of harsh cleaners. I asked them which products they would use, and they told me. I have asthma, so they brought different stuff that wasn’t as harsh. The tubs were absolutely wonderful. They did a really thorough cleaning. Everything was dusted. Things were lifted and moved when they cleaned and vacuumed. I will probably use them again here in the next couple of months. I cannot say enough about them. Their price was exceptional and within reason with what I wanted to pay to get the service I wanted. I believe it was under $200 for about 2,000 sq. ft.

Service was VERY professional - call the day before to confirm, crew arrived on time, did a VERY thorough job of cleaning. With 3 cats, cat hair is our nemesis - they did an outstanding job of getting ALL of it up. I work at home, and they were very respective of my space. There have been multiple coupons (Groupon/LivingSocial/etc) in the Richmond area over the past couple of months and we've used these to "audition" services for a more regular arrangement - CottageCare is the most thorough, professional, and efficient of the lot.

They aren't that good and I won't go back to them. They were not very cleanly and they didn't see the job through. They were quick but they didn't follow through. They start out quick but they don't follow through.

I think they did a fairly good job on the cleaning but they are very unhygienic. When they were cleaning the bathrooms I found the lady cleaning my toothbrush with her hands and she had just been cleaning the bathroom. She also dumped her dirty mop water in my kitchen sick all over my dish rags. I also don't like that they use their own vacuums and mops. I would rather have them use mine so they aren't bringing other peoples germs in the house. I really don't think I would use them again unless it was a real emergency.
