Brennan MIlls was the sellers agent for the home we've just purchased.  He and his broker, Glen Cornwell, were overall aggressive and volitile in our everyday interactions, and became verbally abusive during our home buying process.  Their words and actions were beyond rude and well past unprofessional.  Stay clear of them to represent you - and beware if you're purchasing from them.

During our final walk through of the house we found some inconsistencies between the listing document (our contract) and the home: mainly - there was no central air when it clearly listed central air.  Rather than helping us find the quickest solution to get to close that afternoon, Brennan became threatening - screaming into the phone accusing us of crazy things and threatening to sue and using may many expletives at us.  The same interaction occurred when talking with Glen, Brennan's broker.  While trying to figure things out, Brennan drove his suv to the home, screeching to a halt nearly on the lawn, and began yelling foul language at us, getting in our faces and nearly staring a physical confrontation with my husband.   We walked away to avoid confrontation.

The next day (since we obviously didn't close that day) we went back for the final walk through again.  Brennan had stolen the house keys so we could not get into the home to complete our inspection.  When called, Brennan made a big fuss about having to come out and let us in, and proceeded to curse at my realtor ("go f* yourself) while her child was standing next to her when handing over the key.
