It went well. Jason and his guys did a great job. I get lots of compliments about the floor.

Very professional. Citystone installed my stone backsplash and I still can't stop looking at it! The work is beautiful. I left the artistic portion of this job to Lee who is a true tile artist, in his very capable hands we were not disappointed. There's no hesitation in telling you Jayson and Lee are fabulous and will do a great job.

The project , start to finish was clean and professionally handled. We were expecting some dust and other issues during the demolition , but were pleasantly surprised at how well these issues were managed. The various tradesmen were of a high quality in botg professionalism amd workmanship. Our project manager Jaysin was in and out throughout the project , but was always very easy to reach, and communicated very well. We couldn't have made some of the more important decisions without his guidance and patience. We are very impressed by these guys on a whole. When we purchase our next home we will definitely be calling CityStone back for more work.

Great work. Jaysin and Lee were attentive, professional and considerate of our needs. Jaysin helped us with some of the design work. Lee did an outstanding, careful job installing the tile. Well done, guys.

Work was not good! Uneven tiles on floor and wall, grout uneven. One worker, who started the project, was good and very patient. However, near the end of the project, an additional person was sent to help. He had a bad attitude, did horrible work and seemed not to care. After project was "completed," we had to call the owner back to fix several issues. During the job, the workers dumped leftover thinset and grout in our front flower beds. There are also white splatter marks on our front brick steps where the workers dropped thinset and grout mix -- or tracked it in on their shoes.

I would not refer them and I would not use them again.

The were very responsive to our change requests,  all their subs were outstanding and very profressional.  Quality work from start to finish.
