I DON'T RECALL CELEBRITIES INTERNATIONAL TELLING ME ABOUT A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UNTIL I REQUESTED CANCELLATION. EVEN SO, I FIND IT UNCONSCIONABLE THAT OVER A CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY, IN CANCELLATION FOR THE MOST VALID OF REASONS (AND I EVEN OFFERED TO PRODUCE A DEATH CERTIFICATE), THIS BUSINESS WOULD REFUSE TO REFUND $100 TO A GRIEVING FAMILY - ESPECIALLY IF THE LIMO HAD INDEED BEEN RE-RENTED.

"POLICY vs. DECEPTION. The Commonwealth Attorney's Office has ruled on this complaint. My interpretation of the law was correct. The report contains answers to questions your member is not qualified to answer. Report Card; Quality -F; nothing was provided to grade. Punctuality -F; vehicle was not requested to arrive. Responsiveness -F; False. I sympathized with her loss so much that when she called 12/9/06 to cancel, I offered as a courtesy to break policy & refund her deposit if I re-rented the limousine, even after she had been told the 50%%%% non-refundable deposit cancellation policy on 11/27/06 during time of rental. Again was told with her acknowledgment during the cancellation on 12/9/06. Although I was not obligated to do so, attempts were made on her behalf to re-rent the limousine during that time slot, to no avail. Only when she deceptively called me did I miss the small note I had written on the page to "re-book."Â I honestly & unfortunately failed to see that notation. I should have pulled the page from my book totally. Professionalism -F; False. even so after loss of deposit. Work Done - Yes? How? Limousine was canceled. Price -B; Correct. Price + professionalism + quality + value= our 20 yrs of satisfied new and repeat customers. We are "innkeepers." We are no different from an ocean front room on Memorial Day, cruise ships, resorts, rental cars on holidays, even many doctor appointments have the same policies. We are legally entitled to the same."
