When we contracted with this vendor, the company was licensed.  I see that they are not any longer.After several miscues, work was begun on a full house window replacement project (23 windows) that included some custom staining of 11 windows to match current interior stain.  M&W windows were used and we are pleased with the windows that were installed.  The project took about a month to do and is still incomplete (started fall 2010, now 7/2012).  One window is left to be installed, all exterior caulking not done, one window cracked the day after installation due to extreme cold and faulty window (still not replaced), and one window which was a double hung was replaced with a picture window (unbeknown to us prior to installation).  All down stairs windows (stained ones) had insert able mullions placed in them which were stained to match.  The picture window mullions are not in place nor do we have them.  One window was mis-measured, stained off site, so the contractor left it with us but we cannot us it as it does not fit any window that we have.Numerous attempts to reach the contractor for resolution of issues has not resulted in contact or resolution of issues. This contractor also has a piece of our window molding that was used to match the stain.  The molding was not re-installed or returned.  When the contractor worked, the work was excellent, but I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time.

He was here on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.
