The system works like a top. I have not had any problems with it. They also have plumbers that I have had them come out for those jobs as well.

I had a new furnace installed several years ago and it took forever to get that one straightened out. This one is purring like a kitten.

I have a contract with Capitol. They are very good.  The technician they have is excellent. He is a young man and he comes out for service. He came in and cleaned the furnace and serviced it. Excellent service all the way around.

We have used Capitol for decades with multiple homes.  They have installed oil furnaces, as well as regular HVAC, and now propane tanks.  When it has been urgent (like no AC in 100+ day) they have made us a priority.  All the employees have shown up neat and courteous with an obvious concern over the property.
Their prices are competitive and you get more than what you pay for, we wouldn't consider anyone else.

When the 50 year old oil boiler in our house began to have issues, I called Capitol and met several times with Jimmy Pierce who came out to do the estimate and heat loss calculation for the house.  I had several other local companies come out to give estimates, but Capitol was the only company who would install the particular boiler we wanted and was the only company willing to take the time to do a heat loss calculation on the house to determine what size boiler we really needed.  We really appreciated this as some of the other companies we received estimates from wanted to install boilers that would be twice the size needed to heat the house.  The project took a little longer than normal as we had to wait for the city to run gas service to the house from the street, but once that was completed, everything went quickly.  Jimmy and the installers working on our project kept in touch with us throughout the whole process of installation and the city inspections that followed.  We are very pleased with our new boiler and water heater and can't say enough good things about Capitol and all the effort they put into this project.

The original problem was lack of cold air when air system was on. Initial evaluation demonstrated the lack of freon gas ioil n an older system. Since the price of freon gas has risen significantly because it is not environmentally compatible, it seemed reasonable to pursue an alternative system. Capitol arranged for a knowledgeable person to visit us with detailed information about an updated cooling system. During the session we also expressed an interest in an updated heating system. He took time to explain options and costs for both heating and air. Installation of the heating system would also require removal of the old oil burner. We decided to consider all the options and to give them our decision in a few days. We opted to replace air and heat with removal of the oil burner.
The team of two who came to perform the work were amazing. At first they were concerned that the oil burner removal would require the removal of a wall. They decided to attempt other options before progressing with wall removal. They were very sharp fellows and were able to dismantle the oil burner system into smaller parts. One of the men used a second story window located above the driveway and near the oil burner to maneuver the parts down to his partner in the driveway. They cleaned up every part and piece of the old systems, installed everything, including an entire new thermostat system in the dining room wall. They vacuumed and put everything back where it belonged. We were extremely pleased with the care, thoughtfulness and expertise of this company and the employees. The new system has been excellent this summer and is far more efficient than the older system.

OK overall. Needed a part. I thought they could have been more diligent in getting the part. Otherwise very good.

We've dealt w/Capitol for 10+ years. We buy fuel oil on the budget plan, have an annual heating/cooling service contract and generally look to them for all of our heating and cooling needs.
The old storage tank started leaking. We called for service when we smelled fumes. The old tank needed to be replaced. They diagnosed the problem on Saturday and did the work the following Monday. It involved pumping out almost a full, 275 gallons of oil, removing the old tank, installing the new one and refilling it, and hauling the old one away.
The crew of three arrived on time. They were all polite and professional. It took several hours [probably 5 - 6 hours, total] to complete the job. They cleaned up the work area [very close quarters] well. They returned, as promised, the following morning to haul away the old, leaky storage tank.
The full price on the job was $1500; it was discounted $150, because [I think] of terms in the service contract. We were billed $1350.
