They were very professional. They have a showroom, so you can actually go down and look at the awnings, look at the quality of the fabric and see what they look like when they're up.

Installion was flawless. Showed up on time and left site clean. Awning is beautiful and works perfectly. Very pleased.

Everything was perfect.
I chose the fabric at the showroom. Then they came to the house to measure the existing frame. The awning fits perfectly and it arrived slightly earlier than they had told me.

This company was owned by someone else when the old awnings were put up and they were never right. The old company never did anything to correct the problem. I was very pleased to find out that the company had been sold but apprehensive about using them again. So I was very pleased when they came out and measured, ordered and set a date to install. This all went off without a hitch. The person doing the pricing is knowledgeable about the product and the installation was done ahead of schedule.

Capitol Awning came out and looked and ended up remaking all the awnings for me at no cost, just to get them back to where they should be. I was so impressed. Their service was excellent. Their prices were very fair. They were really standing behind their product. If there's an issue, they are very good at fixing things.

I read about Capital Awning on Angie's List. Gave them a call and a date was set up to have a salesman come meet with me at my home 4 days later (includes the weekend). He was pleasant, efficient, helpful and professional. I was very pleased with the product and selection of fabrics. I chose a fabric that would suit perfectly with my house color, he provided me with an estimate. I had him place the order and he anticipated that I would have my product in 1-2 weeks. A few days later the company called to tell me that my awning was ready and would be installed around 11:00 a.m. Monday morning. The crew arrived about 15 minutes early and half an hour later they had completed the job. They were pleasant, clean, professional. The awning looks absolutely great and serves the purpose of blocking some of the direct afternoon sunlight in my kitchen as well as protecting my entryway from rain and snow. Additionally, the company has a great website so that you can research online to see what they have to offer.

At the end of three weeks, the installers arrived at the appointed time/on time. They were professional and knowledgeable about their work. The awning itself is heavy duty and well constructed as promised by the salesman. We are quite pleased. The ONLY change I would make would be to have the sides covered, which while it was suggested, we did not act upon.
