BUDGET GLASS INC

Budget Glass was terrific! We called Monday and they came to provide an estimate that same day. The estimate was the lowest we received. The repairman arrived on Wednesday, as promised to replace the broken glass. The work was exceptional and the bill was exactly the price of the estimate. We are very pleased.

They re manufactured the windows and replaced. So much easier of a process than I expected. Two visits and done.

Punctual, professional, & pleasant.

One person came out to give the estimate. When he came to do the work he realized that some of the wood was rotting and he offered to fixed it at no additional charge. I told him that it wasn't his fault and to charge me, and he did at a minimal amount. They went above and beyond what they had promised. The quality of the work was excellent.

Very responsive and timely.  They can fabricate the windows in their shop, so you do not need to wait for them to order.  The replacements went well.

Everything went well.
      I dropped off the three DIFFERENT types of glass repair.  All work was EXCELLENTLY done AND all glass was not only perfectly fitted, but also CLEAN.  The vendor called when the work was completed (within one day).
     The only slight objection to the experience was that the service staff when I brought the items in for repair and the service person that I interacted with when i PICKED  up the items were personally cold and seemed bored with having to work at the store.  This is a management problem, so I am addressing it here in the hope that my comments will get back to the owners of the company.  They do excellent and professional work, but need to train or get rid of their up-front service staff who work with the public; their clients.
