Handyman Service
We have used Bryant on several jobs in the condo association. One job stands out particularly. A homeowner had a leak. The property manager called two roofers to fix it and it happened a third time. I sent Bryant to look at it and he said it wasn't a roof leak at all -- it was a problem with caulking and rotten siding around a window.
We had spent $800 on the two roofers with nothing to show for it. Bryant sized up the problem and was able to show us what the previous two guys had done incorrectly.
