BRUCE K CRAWLEY TILE CONTRCTR

Description of Work: bruce was suppose to do the work, but sent out another guy, when i told him to take his time, when he called monday nite...the work is ok, but cut seams around tile where it gets to a jam are crooked, shoe moldings not put back in the right places (therefore, the 45's dont match up exactly the way they once did), husband and son had to repair 2 of the toilets leaks, now, my husband has to pull up the third toilet to put longer bolts in as it rocks terribly from side to side. guy just left it like that and the leaks also. the mess they created, they got the check and left, did not clean up after themselves ....had grout splashes on existing cabinetry, dirt tracked in, you name it the guy busted the second pipe putting the toilet in upstairs hit the pipe with the toilet (blamed it on the hard water) we have had water system on the house since it was a house! the first one he claimed he twisted too tight...not sure of the story on that one, as i was sick in bed. there was at least 1/2 inch of water when he was putting in the toilet and busted the pipe. son in law is a plumber and thank God just got here in time. seemed like rushed thru on the job to get a $$ and then left and of course you guessed it, it was friday!...the guy he had with him made us feel leery as he was on the cell phone constantly ( i think he was a driver, as the tile layer did not have a license?) all in all not a good experience. BEWARE and this was an old friend of my husbands, husband was mad all night and said 'he got me this time but never again'. 6 mo later, still have not heard a word from bruce crawley even after contacting him of the cracking tile and uneven tiles. re adjusted grades even lower.
