BROWN'S TREE & LANDSCAPING

The third crew member (the most competent) was a woman. She asked if we had any trash bags as they had "forgotten" theirs. She needed them for cleaning up. I had explained where I wanted the Burford hollies trimmed but Jeremy said it couldn't be done with the equipment he had with him and would need a chain saw. He then flat-topped our round Burford hollies at a foot higher than we wanted. In the meantime the woman who was mulching around the magnolia tree and in one bed in the front ran out of mulch and asked us for something to drink for the crew because, once again, they had "forgotten" to bring anything to drink. They never finished the edging; they didn't trim the two small tree branches, they couldn't mulch anything else because they had run out. When my husband balked at paying them in full, Jeremy stated that he desperately needed the money to pay his crew and promised they would be back the following Tuesday. Despite numerous phone calls to them they're not been back.
