Love Kim!!! She loves your animals as if they were her own. She is very responsive and always tries to help you out. The way my dog greets her with squeals of joy is quite an endorsement for her. Highly recommend without hesitation.

It went well. My cat is still smarting from my recent move so the social outgoing feline I have is shy and cautious. Kim didn't push her beyond her comfort zone. I am sure my feline was grateful for the company even if she didn't come out to play. The pet sitter also picked up my mail and made sure she had food and a clean litter box. Kim left daily visit logs to let me know how my cat was doing. Next time she may be mobbed by my little girl!

Great! From the first introductory visit I was very impressed by how professional Kimberly is. On the first visit Kimberly took detailed notes on what needed to be done as well as spent time talking to the cats. She has references and a written agreement covering what she will do and all fees. On the morning we returned home I got a call from Kimberly about one of our cats who has a chronic condition and needed to go to the vet. Thanks to Kimberly's attention to our cat's condition, a major vet bill was avoided. The mail was taken in, trash taken out and litter boxes left clean. Kimberly even cleaned up a some cat messes too. We were originally thinking of putting the cats in a kennel for the two weeks. But for just about the same money Kimberly came twice a day. Although Kimberly has not been doing this professionally for a really long time, she takes her work seriously and did a great job for us. If you are looking for a pet sitter I would encourage you to give Kimberly a call.

Excellent! At our initial visit, Kim met with me for almost an hour collecting information about my pets and the house. I felt comfortable with her immediately and glad to be leaving my cats and home in her care. She spent time with each cat everyday, provided detailed daily notes and even brought them a video that they love. She also dealt very professionally with a security alarm caused by a door I'd left unlocked! I've booked Bow Wow Kitty for my next trip and recommended her service to many friends. Simply the best!
